Cottage weekly rate rental is from 4 PM Saturday to 11 AM Saturday for one to four people $1,200 per week and $100 extra per person per week for additional people.
(Twenty percent discount for 4 weeks or more on 4 person stay)
50% deposit on Weekly Reservations. Cancellation Notice required two week in advance to receive refund.
Basic TV and wifi are available. Cell coverage may be through Canada, check with your provider.
Cottage includes gas grill and picnic table. Linens, towels and paper products are not provided and are responsibly the renters. All garbage must be removed by renters. No smoking allowed on the property. Pets considered, contact listing agent.
